Private, encrypted messaging with wellness professionals.
Participation in forums, blogs, and user-generated content.
Notifications and reminders related to appointments and services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our offerings without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms By registering for, accessing, or using any of Talk A Second’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Talk A Second.
Eligibility and Registration To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated. Talk A Second reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
User Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify Talk A Second of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Talk A Second will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
Services Provided Talk A Second provides access to certified psychologists, dieticians, and fitness trainers. The platform may offer real-time consultations, asynchronous communications, and pre-recorded content for educational purposes. While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, Talk A Second does not endorse specific individuals or guarantee the accuracy of their advice.
No Emergency Services Talk A Second is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, you should contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. Talk A Second’s services are designed for non-emergency wellness support and educational purposes only.
Medicines and Supplements If any wellness expert refers or recommends any medicine or supplement, Talk A Second holds no responsibility for such recommendations. Talk A Second does not endorse or recommend any medicines or supplements.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are detailed on the platform and may vary based on the service selected.
Payment must be made in advance for consultations and other paid services.
We use third-party payment processors, and by using our services, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Talk A Second reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time, with reasonable notice to users.
Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel or reschedule appointments within the time frame specified on the platform.
No refunds will be provided if a session is canceled by the client.
Rescheduling is possible only if the client cancels more than 24 hours before the session and reports the cancellation via phone. Rescheduled sessions are subject to expert availability and at the discretion of Talk A Second.
Clients cannot choose their preferred expert for rescheduled sessions.
Rescheduled sessions must be availed within 7 days of the original appointment.
Career and Recruitment Psychologists, dieticians, and fitness trainers can register for recruitment and career opportunities through the Talk A Second platform.
User Conduct As a user, you agree to:
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users and professionals.
Avoid sharing misleading, false, or offensive content.
Not engage in any disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior on the platform.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the platform in any medium without prior authorization.
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the platform.
Upload or transmit malicious software or content.
Use the platform for any commercial purpose without Talk A Second’s written consent.
Intellectual Property Rights All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software on the platform, is owned by or licensed to Talk A Second and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate these laws.

Termination of Services Talk A Second may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any accrued obligations will survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in North Paravur, Ernakulam District, Kerala, and proceedings conducted in English.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
